About Me!

Hey! In case you forgot to read the title of my blog my name is Ally. I currently dance at Wasatch Dance Center in Heber, Utah aka the middle of nowhere. Obviously, I like to dance, but what else? My skills include eating a pint of gelato in one sitting and..... that's it. Anyway, welcome to my blog :)

 My dance journey started when I was 4 years old in a small studio in London. My mom probably just signed me up because that's what all mothers do when they want to give their children away for a hour and 30 minutes. However, that was not the case. She was required to crowd around a tiny window among other moms to watch me get yelled at for not being able to hold the simple first position. She found the teacher quite scary but, according to my mom, I thought it was all a joke. Who knew that being insulted would encourage me to keep dancing everyday from that point on?
